My name is Tiana Alicea! I grew up in Middletown, Connecticut and have been doing hair professionally since 2013. I started my journey at Paul Mitchell the school where I learned the skills and tools to start in a salon. In early 2019, after a year of assisting and four more years behind the chair I knew it was time to follow my dreams and open Balayaged Beauty, LLC.
